Philosophy: Family and Tradition in Every Meal
Born in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, Juan Hernandez turned his dream into reality in Post Falls, Idaho. Starting at 14 as a dishwasher, he quickly became a cook and gained years of experience in the food industry. At 29, he opened El Ranchero in the same location where he began his first job, serving authentic Mexican cuisine that honors his roots and brings families together.
